Two Weapon FightingYour penalties on attack rolls for fighting with two weapons are reduced. The penalty for your primary hand lessens by 2 and the one for your off hand lessens by 6. See Two-Weapon Fighting.
Combat ReflexesYou may make a number of additional attacks of opportunity per round equal to your Dexterity bonus. With this feat, you may also make attacks of opportunity while flat-footed.

Biography
Life of Jonal Tarn
Jonal was born to Roran and Egwene Tarn. Roran, a freelance mason, knocked Egwene (then a barmaid) up at a fairly young age, and for some years, they were happy together. They fell deeply in love, and for the first years of his life, Jonal lived in a happy household. In an ever-expanding city like Sharn, Roran was always able to find work, and Egwene found an apprenticeship as a tailor. The lower city was kind to them, and though they were not wealthy, they wanted for nothing. This idyllic life was not to last, though, after the violence of the Cliffside shattered his family.
Working on a contract to expand a waterfront warehouse, a shockingly brutal exchange between the powerful rival gangs the Redjacks and the Smilers ripped open the docks. A rogue spell detonated in the warehouse Roran was working in, burying him under a pile of rubble. Though he survived, he lost partial usage of both arms. Unable to work, Roran turned to drink, forcing Egwene to accept all manner of unsavory work in Cliffside to make ends meet. Around his 5th birthday, she sickened, and after several months, passed. Roran withdrew even further into himself after her death, branching from the booze into narcotics.
Jonal was just able to feed himself and his father by running packages for Cliffside merchants and gangers. At 14, no longer able to cope with his father, Jonal left home and found work with the dock guards, learning combat basics and investigative techniques that would serve him well in the years to come. At 19, he abandoned the docks in favor of bounty hunting, ultimately hoping to dismantle the gangs his father had railed against as a child. Still, it was a further two years before he was forced to take a life, a tragedy that shook him to his core.
It was a minor job, supposed to be an easy mark. A half'elf woman by the name of Gani skipped out on her debts, and the merchant guild she owed put out a contract for a simple shake-down. Jonal popped the lock on her home in the dead of night, intending to use the fear generated from the invasion to scare her into paying up. What he hadn't counted on was her bedding with someone else. The moment he entered her room, a half-orc whose name he never learned flew at him, all fists and fury. In the melee, Jonal stabbed him, intending only to wound, but by a sad twist of fate, killing him.
With Gani's screams heralding the change, the man Jonal was effectively died that day. It became a mask he wore, just another name he responded to. Since fleeing that apartment, Jonal has worn many faces, and had many names. Whatever is left, it is only guided by a single, spiteful cause: to rip out the heart of the criminal underworld of Sharn. Not because it is right, but because he blames them for starting him on his path.
