Biography
Ripa 'Moramee was a man of a different name and a different world, long ago. However, upon joining the military to fight in the Last War, he became an entirely new monster. Upon being given power, he was seen to be a near tyrannical combatant, fighting under House Cannith.
As he progressed into the war, he found rewards to be great and powerful from those who saw his ferocity and cruelty. He would often catch escaping enemies at the end of battles and torture them for intelligence. Above that, he was cruel and uncaring for his subordinates. He was feared by all sides, his cruelties making him relatively renowned in the Last War as House Cannith's infamous Arbiter.
After the Day of Mourning, he visited the Mournland. It caused the darker sides of his personality to manifest, and in skirmishes after that visit, he fought for with an atrocious cruelty that solidified his title of "The Arbiter" for enforcing the laws and ending any disputes unofficially, but with an authority that sent shockwaves among the involved parties. It is rumored that the dark energies resonating in the Mournland were a catalyst for his hateful rage, and something broke that limited his enraged tendencies.
